Information on delivery
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and holidays).
1001 Table Lamps delivers to the following geographical areas: Sweden.
For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a second email with delivery confirmation including the tracking number for your order.
During busy periods, it can take 72 hours, i.e. 3 working days, to prepare an order.
The choice of carrier and the price may vary depending on the weight, quantity, availability of the products and the amount in the basket and the country of dispatch.
Delivery times
We process the order within 24 hours and, subject to availability, ship it within 72 hours. In general, our packages arrive within 8 working days, but the maximum delay is 15 working days.
Some orders may be linked to multiple suppliers, the items are shipped separately.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs for an order of less than 600 SEK are 80 SEK and above this amount the shipping costs are canceled. Backpacks reserves the right to change these costs or cancel them at short notice. This change does not require prior notice to the site’s customers.
Under no circumstances can third parties claim reimbursement of the delivery costs applicable at the time of purchase. Information on delivery costs is always displayed at the top of all pages on the website, as well as on the order confirmation.
You have 45 days to notify us that you have not received your order and if you do not complain within this period, the order will be deemed to have been delivered.
