Statutory deadline for the right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your products, without having to justify your decision or pay a penalty. Once you have communicated your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this 14-day period, you have a further 14 days to return the product(s) subject to the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers from outside the European Union.
Contractual withdrawal period
At 1001tablelamps.com, we offer you the opportunity to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the products. You then have a further 14 days to return the products in question from the date of notification of your decision to withdraw.
In the case of an order containing several products placed on 1001tablelamps.com, the 14 days for communicating your decision to withdraw shall start to run from the date of receipt of the last product.
The procedures for exercising your right of withdrawal are as follows.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the period specified in point 24.2, only the price of the purchased product(s) and the shipping costs will be reimbursed and you will have to bear the costs of returning the product(s).
Returns must be in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be marketed as new and, if possible, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimal handling. If the product has lost its value as a result of handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product, you may be held liable.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by any means, in particular by sending a letter or an email to info@1001tablelamps.com clearly expressing your wish to withdraw and indicating the order concerned by the withdrawal.
Once the withdrawal form or declaration of withdrawal has been sent to 1001 Table Lamps, at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your order, you must return the product(s) in question within a reasonable time and at the latest within 14 days of sending the withdrawal form or declaration of withdrawal to the address on 1001tablelamps.com.
In accordance with Council Regulation No. 1182/71/EEC of 3 June 1971 determining the rules applicable to periods, dates and time limits: 1° The day on which the contract is concluded or the day on which the goods are received shall not be included in the period referred to in Article L. 221-18 ; 2° The period starts at the beginning of the first hour of the first day and ends at the end of the last hour of the last day of the period; 3° If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
If the information on the right of withdrawal has not been provided to the consumer in accordance with the conditions set out in the second subparagraph of Article L. 221-5, the withdrawal period shall be extended by twelve months from the end of the initial withdrawal period established in accordance with Article L. 221-18. However, if this information is provided during this extension, the withdrawal period shall expire at the end of a period of fourteen days from the day on which the consumer received this information.
The burden of proof that the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with Article L. 221-21 shall lie with the consumer.

Replacement
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, 1001tablelamps.com will refund the amounts paid (including shipping costs) within 14 days from the date on which 1001tablelamps.com was informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment used for the order (unless you expressly authorize a refund by another means of payment). This refund date may be postponed until the product is returned or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first. 1001 Table Lamps is not obliged to reimburse additional costs if you have expressly chosen a more expensive shipping method than the standard shipping method offered on 1001tablelamps.com.
However, it should be noted that if all or part of the payment is made with a gift card, these may not be refunded by cash, check or debit card. Refunds of purchases made with gift cards shall be made exclusively in the form of gift cards for an amount identical to the amount paid in this form.
Cash on delivery is not accepted for any reason.
When changing the size, we will reimburse the full return shipping cost up to 50 SEK.
